THE MANDATE
Partnering with the Founder, Board and Executive Team to own the engine room — scaling operations and systems, leading strategy and execution, driving growth across membership, partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropy, and overseeing our flagship global congresses.
WHO WE SEEK
An entrepreneurial operator with 5+ years of executive leadership (COO, Executive Director, MD or VP Operations) across healthcare, nonprofit, conferences, health-tech, life sciences or global health. Proven at scaling organizations, with strong financial acumen and senior-level stakeholder skills. MBA / MHA / MPH preferred.
